How to Apply Online

Please read and follow these steps

STEP 1
Portal Account Registration

  1. Visit www.portal.natba.edu.ng
  2. Click on Are You New? Click to Register a Portal Account OR go to www.portal.natba.edu.ng/account
    (click on the link).
  3. Fill and complete the Portal Account Registration form (NOTE : use a valid email address)
  4. Click on Save & Register button under the form.
  5. You’ll receive a pop message that notifies you that your portal account has been created and unactivated.
  6. Check your email (the one you provided for the portal registration) for an account notification/verification message. The message has a link to activate your portal account. If you did not receive this message in your email inbox, please check your email junk/spam folder.
  7. After activation, go to  www.portal.natba.edu.ng and login with the phone number and password you provided during portal account registration.

Please Note : You must login to the portal to make payment and fill your Application Form.

STEP 2
Payment of Application Form Fees

  1. On the Main Menu, under Admission click Apply for a Programme  www.portal.natba.edu.ng/apply, or click on Apply Now on the frontpage.
  2. Go through the content of available programmes.
  3. If you’re interested in any of the programmes, click on Apply Now button below the page.
  4. A popup window comes on; confirm your action.
  5. You’ll be redirected to Invoice /payment (Unpaid Invoices) page www.portal.natba.edu.ng/invoice.
  6. An Application Form Fees Invoice will be automatically generated for you. You're required to pay the invoice and an additional service fee (Remita payment service charge) to continue your programme application - Check your message/email inbox for additional information.
  7. Click on Make Payment button  corresponding to the invoice.
  8. You’ll be redirected to Process Invoice page. Crosscheck the details and click on Make Payment button below the page.
  9. Afterwards, you’ll be redirected to Remita Payment Page with the details of your payment.
  10. Scroll down on the Remita page.
  11. Under HOW DO YOU WANT TO PAY, select an option.
  12. If you want to make the payment online, select MASTER CARD or VISA.
  13. If you want to make the payment through any Nigerian commercial bank, you simply need to print the Remita page or copy the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR). Take it to your bank and pay the required amount.

STEP 3
Payment Confirmation

  1. You’re required to confirm the payment of the Application Form Fees on the portal.
  2. Click on CONFIRM PAYMENT (under Payment Section of the Main Menu) www.portal.natba.edu.ng/confirm
  3. Click on Confirm Payment button corresponding to the invoice.
  4. If your payment for the invoice is confirmed and successful, you’ll be redirected to your application form page www.portal.natba.edu.ng/updateinfo.

STEP 4
Fill Application Form

  1. The form is only accessible to applicants that have already paid and confirmed their application form invoice.
  2. The form is sectioned into:
  3. Section One
  4. Section Two
  5. Section Three
  6. Check & Submit.
  7. At first, Personal Information (Section One) is enabled.
  8. Under Personal Information, you can crosscheck and update the information you already provided during portal account registration. Afterwards, you need to upload your recent passport photograph and click the save button at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next section.
  9. Click the Main Section and fill the corresponding information.
  10. Please note that you need to complete and save a proceeding section for the next section to be enabled.
  11. Under Section Three (Educational Background and Credential Upload) , The Maximum File Upload Size is 550KB. The file must be in JEPG (.jpg) format.
  12. Section Check & Submit is automatically enabled after the first three sections of the form have been completely filled.
  13. Under this section, crosscheck the form.
  14. Afterwards, click on Checked Button.
  15. You’ll be redirected to Application Form Submission Page.

STEP 5
Application Form Submission Page

  1. NOTE : You may not be able to modify the application form after submission. Please ensure that you've properly filled and checked it. Also, you need to print a copy of the application form for submission to the school, if admitted.
  2. Lastly, click on Declare & Submit button to submit your application form.
